About Us
FARMERS & CHEFS is a local Hudson Valley farm-to-table restaurant in Poughkeepsie featuring an outdoor deck, private banquet room, food truck service, and our own vertical mushroom farm onsite. We grow Lions Mane, Oyster, Chestnut, King Trumpet, and Pioppini mushrooms right here for peak freshness. Our kitchen makes pasta and bread in-house daily while serving a diverse menu of steak, duck, chicken, fish dishes or veg-friendly creations crafted from seasonal ingredients.
