Farmers & Chefs is a casual Hudson Valley restaurant envisioned by Chef and restaurateur, John Lekic. Drawing inspiration from our regions beautiful Hudson Valley farms while combining the freshest in season local ingredients combined with global influences.

“We believe in preservation of boutique agriculture and we support our small farms while emphasizing that two same ingredients are not always equal to each other. How are things done and grown at the farm matters.” Embracing philosophy of less is more which means cleaner food with less chemicals, pesticides, and fillers.
